Dr. Reri Maclean is the Principal of Keller-Maclean Business Leadership. She specializes in executive assessment, leadership coaching and organizational development. Informed by a thorough understanding of her client’s strategic imperatives, leadership requirements and culture, Reri’s process enables organizations to identify and integrate the right people for critical positions. Reri is also a regular speaker on the business and leadership applications of Emotional Intelligence.

Carter S. Drew is Principal and co-founder of Carter & Reynolds an executive development, coaching and life strategy firm. Dr. Tammy Wong is founder and CEO of Fostering Executive Leadership, Inc. She works with companies that want to make a difference in their organizations by developing, advancing, and retaining women and ultimately becoming an employer of choice.

Dr. Wong’s professional career spans over three decades of sales, marketing and strategy experience in Fortune 500 companies. She is known for her demonstrated leadership abilities and her commitment to develop leadership in others.

Tammy has served on the boards of several not-for-profit organizations and is a member of a select group of executive women who meet regularly to discuss leadership and business issues.

Dr. Wong’s extensive education includes a B.S. in Economics from St. Mary’s College and an M.B.A. from Pepperdine University. She earned her Ph.D. in Organization and Management with an emphasis in Leadership, in 2005. Her doctoral dissertation is titled
“Fostering Executive Leadership in Women.”

Phyllis M. Henderson as an Executive Coach has more than 18 years experience in curriculum development, training, and facilitation. She has been an Executive Coach for the Mariners’ Museum; Newport News, VA and Leadership coach for the U.S. Department of Education.

She has spent over 14 years experience conducting Life Work Planning activities for The Alliance for Employee Growth and Development, a sub-organization composed of AT&T, Lucent Technologies, Avaya, the Communication Workers of America (CWA), the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers
(IBEW), and other stakeholders.

She received her Bachelor of Science Degree from Pittsburg State University, Pittsburg, Kansas. She received her Master’s Degree in Business Administration from National Louis University, Evanston, Illinois. She is a registered corporate coach with the World-Wide Association of Business Coaches. She is Myers-Briggs qualified and was certified by IBM to conduct their diversity training.

CHÈ D. HENDERSON is the Vice President for Visions2000Inc., a management consulting and training company. Che’s areas of concentration include diversity awareness, conflict resolution, life work planning, computer driven job search workshops, and transitional services. He is fluent in Spanish and facilitates work/life planning and teambuilding workshops. Ché is Myers-Briggs qualified. He has six years of experience in business administration, training, and facilitation.

Ché is a registered corporate coach through the World Wide Association of Business Coaches (WABC). His approach to work is being a good listener and problem solver. Che’s coaching style is a blend of critical thinking, honesty, and a positive outlook on life. This combination helps to optimistically address some of the challenges and changes that work and life bring.

Ché is a Habitat for Humanity board member, works with The Boys & Girls Club in Newport News, Va., and is a member of the Young Professional Advisory Council to Congressman Bobby Scott. He has a Bachelor of Arts in Anthropology, from Radford University, Radford, Virginia and a Masters of Arts in Human Resource Development, from The George Washington University, Washington, D.C.

Jacquelyn Newsom has over 20 years’ experience as a business management and human resources consultant, customer service administrator, information systems manager, and facilitator/trainer in improvement.

Her leadership skills, practical approach to problem solving, coupled with her information technology savvy, has contributed to her success in designing programs that really help people and organizations build excellence, particularly in customer service, change management and leadership development.

Jackie’s delivery style is highly energetic, interactive, and entertaining. Organizations like the County of Los Angeles Office of Affirmative Action Compliance, State of California, Department of Water and Power, Office of AIDS and Public Policy, Sole Technology, Los Angeles Occupational and Industrialization Center, and AIDS Project Los Angles have all benefited from her training and consulting services.

She earned her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from California State University, Dominguez Hills and a Master of Science in Systems Management from the University of Southern California. Jackie is certified by the Bureau of Private Postsecondary and Vocational Education, Meyers Briggs Type Indicator qualified, a member of the American Society for Training and Development, and the International Customer Service Association.
